News from your Central Alberta Co-op
March 4, 2024

It is with regret that Central Alberta Co-op announces the closure of our Agro location in Stettler, effective March 4, 2024. This decision has been made after careful consideration of the economic challenges and the location’s inability to achieve sustained viability.

Central Alberta Co-op has always been committed to providing exceptional service to our members and contributing positively to our agro partners. We want to ensure that alternatives were explored before making this decision.

“Central Alberta Co-op has a responsibility to their entire membership and team members to ensure that long-term sustainability of the Co-op is maintained. As a result, we must adapt and unfortunately tough decisions like this one are necessary to remain viable long term”, said Rodney Perigny, Chief Executive Officer.

Central Alberta Co-op is committed to continuing services provided by our Bulk Petroleum, Cardlock, Gas Bar and Liquor locations in Stettler. You can expect to receive the same friendly service that you have become accustomed to when shopping at any of our remaining Co-op locations.

From all of us at Co-op, we wish to thank you in advance for your understanding of what has been an extremely tough decision and for the support you have given Stettler Agro over the past 10 years.
