Purpose of the Program
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Central Alberta Co-op is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders through targeted growth opportunities and strategic succession planning. By identifying and developing talent we ensure smooth leadership transitions and long-term organizational continuity.
Participants will build essential leadership skills, expand their professional network, and engage in meaningful learning experiences that align with their career goals. The program also supports internal mobility by strengthening foundational competencies, allowing for flexibility and cross-division growth.
