HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our virtual Annual General Meeting.

For the 2025 fiscal year, we will be giving back over $5.1M in equity to our members. Your Board of Directors is pleased to announce that over $2.8M will be paid back to members in cash. Your patronage allocation rates are as follows:

This year, our Board of Directors had seven candidates running for three positions. Members were invited to vote electronically from April 20 to May 8. Thank you to everyone who put their name forward for the Board of Directors election. We appreciate your willingness and commitment to supporting our members, communities, and Central Alberta Co-op.

Congratulations to incumbents Bob Huff and Hennie Bos, and welcome new director Matt Hamill. They will be joining Colin Smith, Danny Scott, Donna Trottier, Jason Nevins, Noreen Onofryszyn and Rob Stryker on the Board.
