2025 Annual General Meeting
You are invited to join us on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, for our Virtual Annual General Meeting. Registration is open April 20 — May 8, 12 PM.
As a member of Central Alberta Co-op, you are an owner. All members are welcome and encouraged to join the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership virtually for the meeting. You can participate in the democratic process by asking questions and participating in the meeting.
We are excited to share the successes achieved in 2025. The meeting agenda will include:

Remuneration of Directors
Proposed Bylaw Change: Bylaw 7.08 — Re-election of Retiring Directors
Register today for our Annual General Meeting, Wednesday, May 13th — 7:00 pm.
Once your membership is verified, you will receive a confirmation of registration by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for this confirmation.
The link to join the online meeting, as well as the package including the agenda, last year's minutes, committee reports, and the 2025 annual financial report, will be sent on Monday, May 11, 2026.
Please note that the meeting is only open to Central Alberta Co-op members. To register, you will need to provide your membership number and date of birth to verify your membership.
