You are invited to join us on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, for our Virtual Annual General Meeting.  Registration is open April 20 — May 8, 12 PM.

As a member of Central Alberta Co-op, you are an owner. All members are welcome and encouraged to join the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership virtually for the meeting. You can participate in the democratic process by asking questions and participating in the meeting.

We are excited to share the successes achieved in 2025. The meeting agenda will include:

Review of 2025 Operations
Director Election Results
Remuneration of Directors
Proposed Bylaw Change: Bylaw 7.08 — Re-election of Retiring Directors

Current:
(a) Subject to (b), retiring directors, if qualified, are eligible for re-election.
(b) No director is entitled to hold office for more than four consecutive terms.

Proposed: 
(a) Subject to (b), retiring directors, if qualified, are eligible for re-election.
(b) No director is entitled to hold office for more than four consecutive terms, unless that director has been out of office for at least one full year preceding the election. Any partial term served by a director, where the director was elected to fill a vacancy, shall be in addition to any four consecutive three-year terms referenced herein.

Once your membership is verified, you will receive a confirmation of registration by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for this confirmation.

The link to join the online meeting, as well as the package including the agenda, last year's minutes, committee reports, and the 2025 annual financial report, will be sent on Monday, May 11, 2026.

Please note that the meeting is only open to Central Alberta Co-op members. To register, you will need to provide your membership number and date of birth to verify your membership.
