We currently have an opening for a Food Manager at our Lacombe Food Store.

Reporting to the Food Division Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, staffing, budgeting, SPEH, and customer sales and inquiries. The Food Manager is also responsible for inventory control, ensuring Food Department Managers adhere to established standards, including safe food handling & sanitation, merchandising, signage, health & safety and loss prevention.

The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of food retail and must be tech savvy. Post-secondary education in Business or related field and familiarity with the retail industry would be an asset. The individual must present strong leadership abilities, have a positive and ambitious attitude, as well as demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and marketing skills.
